BOARD MEETING & BOARD COMMITTEE MEETING
The Alaska Railroad Corporation will hold a regular meeting of the Board of Directors on Tuesday, February 17, 2009, in Anchorage, Alaska.
The meeting will commence at 9:00 a.m, February 17, 2009, at the Alaska Railroad Headquarters Building, 3rd Floor, Denali Board Room, 327 West Ship Creek Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska 99501. Public comments will be heard and copies of the Agenda will be available.
Individuals with a disability who may need special accommodations in order to participate in the public comment portion of the meeting are requested to contact Jim Blasingame at 907/265-2680; TDD number 907/265-2621; 48 hours prior notice is required in order to accommodate special needs.

The Alaska Railroad Corporation, an independent, public corporation of the State of Alaska, announces that its Board of Directors will hold meetings of the following Board committees on _____________: Audit Committee, Safety Committee, Real Estate Committee, Capital Projects Committee, and Business Development Committee.
The meetings will commence at ___________ at the Alaska Railroad Corporation, 327 West Ship Creek Avenue, Anchorage, in the third floor Denali Board Room, and continue until complete.
The public is invited to attend the meetings but should be aware that portions of the meetings may be held in executive session. Committee meetings do not provide for public testimony. Pertinent reference materials, if used, will be made available to those members of the public who attend the meetings.
Copies of the agendas will be available. Agenda times may vary and the Chair may reorder agenda items or the order in which the committees meet.
